JW hand draws and then cuts 'The Hill' shape from a sheet of sterling silver, he adds the etching and engraving to give them depth and make that Canadian iconic center block from Parliament Hill in Ottawa come alive, he then overlays the building on a matte backdrop and fashions the frame - all in Sterling Silver
